Courting Mirror - SOLD

While most courting mirrors are the European boxed type, this very rare example is distinguished by its American characteristics including: a beveled cornice, dentil carved crest centering a heart, split baluster supports and decorative rosettes. This ranks as one of the great country mirrors extant.
